Unsocialable Hours Payment 

 

Any trust that subscribes to the agenda for change (A4C) will make a further payment depending on how many hours you complete during your rota, with the highest being 25% of your gross wage.

 

The above calculation is only for England. Scotland, wales and Northern Ireland are very simular with each being decided in respective capitals.

 

 

High cost area supplements:

20% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £4,076 and a maximum

payment of £6,279

Outer London


15% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £3,448 and a maximum

payment of £4,395

Fringe

5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £942 and a maximum

payment of £1,632
